Luckily, Hammer films leap into the void. They made a million gloriously weird horror movies in the 60s and 70s. I saw most of them on Friday night Creature Feature. Usually I was fast asleep by the end, as the bat wings flapped into the sunset and the credits rolled.
Feel the cold grip of his presence. Sense the clammy excitement of his evil. Taste the blood...of Dracula!

Can't even imagine tasting blood! I've tasted insulin and it's horrible! Give me chocolate! NOW!!
Hammer House made some of the most creepy movies! And I don't know why, it's probably because they used the cheapest film they could buy for the cameras but the colours always looked...feverish. Added a little extra twinge of uneasy to every movie.
Hammer Films are the BEST! You can buy a few on DVD. They always take me back to Saturday afternoons with Sir Graves Ghastly.

Mona, ever seen Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter? It may be my favorite Hammer film ever.
Never seen the dance version of Dracula, Scarlett. We'll have to wander up to Denver some time and do so.
