Six Sentences

I've got a fiction piece up over at Six Sentences. Longtime readers of this blog may remember it as a poem I wrote last year during the halcyon days of Mona and her Word of the Week. Anyway, wander over there and read it if you find the time. Leave a comment. Look around. Submit. A compilation of six sentence stories is a great idea for a site. The quality is a little uneven, but there are plenty of gems in there. Including Eric's six sentence story, here.

I'm back, by the way, and doing fine. Tales from the Gimli Hospital will follow, soon, I promise.

Thumbs up and congrats. You're right about the variation in quality--but maybe we'll wind up together in their bound anthology or something? I imagine those are better. Thanks for linking mine. Now get on with your novel.

Awesome. Like I said, your control over detail and titling is awesome.

Pain pills and novels don't mix, Eric. Tomorrow I'll try to get in some writing before that first pill. Today was a tad too hurty.

It would be nice to be in an anthology together.

Thank you, Noel. You are always so supportive of other people's work. That's a nice quality to have. Wish I had more of it.

They stuck you in a dwarf hospital?

No, not a dwarf hospital, Nancy. You kids today. It's a movie reference. Referring to a movie - Tales From Gimli Hospital - that out-Lynches David Lynch.

Deeply strange.
